Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Key Stage 2?
A primary school in Isleworth, Hounslow, is seeking an experienced Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students requiring additional learning support.

The Role:
As a Year 4 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with children who have a variety of learning needs, including ADHD, autism, and emotional difficulties. You will help these students access the curriculum and thrive in a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support for Year 4 students with SEN.
• Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons and resources to meet students’ individual needs.
• Support the social and emotional development of students.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.

About You:

• Experience working with SEN students in Key Stage 2.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and the ability to adapt resources to support learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
