Year 4 Teaching Assistant | Full-Time | September Start | Hounslow | 1:1 SEN Support

Ortus Recruitment is seeking a motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Hounslow. Starting in September, this full-time position will focus on providing 1:1 support to a Year 4 student with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they receive the targeted assistance required to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide focused 1:1 support for a Year 4 student with SEN, adapting teaching methods to their needs
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Conduct small group interventions to reinforce literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Create a supportive and caring atmosphere to help the student build confidence and independence
• Work closely with the SENCO and other staff to monitor and report on the student’s progress
