Working closely with students in a Year 5 class at a 2 form entry primary school helping and supporting them throughout the year in preparation for secondary school and their SATs the following year.

They are looking for an individual who can match the school’s positive attitude and shares the same passion in preparing students for the next stage of their lives. The school also works closely with the local secondary schools as they are a feeder school to them.

This Teaching Assistant role will involve:

• Helping prepare educational lessons for pupils in a Year 5 class
• Supporting students during lessons
• Working closely with the school community
• Working full time from 8:30am-4pm

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience working with children
• Have a strong knowledge of the curriculum
• Have a passion for student development
• Be proactive and committed
