An Ofsted graded “outstanding” school in Sanderstead are looking for someone who can work within the Early Years section. If you enjoy working with children and want to help them during their early development, then this is a great opportunity for you.

The role will entail working closely with students throughout the year aiding them within the EYFS framework and supporting them with their development. The children will partake in activities to help boost their creativity and social skills planned prepared by you and the class teacher.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the students closely to see if any of them are showing signs of having behaviour or learning difficulties.

This is a full time, long term role so to apply you need to be available for full time work. The pay varies from £70-85 per day which is PAYE so there are no hidden deductions.

The successful candidate will be joining a dedicated team of staff who are all welcoming and keen on helping others. The school is known for its facilities and activities that are offered during extra-curricular hours.

Previous experience in a school/nursery setting is desirable but not required. If you have previously worked with children, you will still be considered.  You will also need a fully enhanced DBS on the update service and be able to provide two references to apply. You do not need previous experience of the EYFS framework but you will need to develop a strong knowledge of it to provide the best assistance to the children.
