Our partner Primary School we are working closely with are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong Behaviour management skills to support a Year 6 pupil with ASD on a 1:1 basis.

The ideal candidate should be resilient and motivated when supporting the pupil with ASD and have a strong mentality.

The role

• West Croydon
• Primary Challenging Behaviour KS2
• Starting immediately
• Full-time position
• £70 – £85 Per day (PAYE – No umbrella company fees)

Primary Challenging Behaviour TA requirements:

• Experienced with ASD/Challenging Behaviour
• Experience with children
• Demonstrate resilience and a driven approach to support as a Challenging Behaviour TA.
• Strong academic background with the ability to support across the Primary curriculum.
• Committed and mature attitude towards work.

Essential Requirements

• Right to work in UK
• 2 Relevant references
• Enhanced child DBS on update service
