Location: Colindale, North West London
Position: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Start Date: September 2025
Competitive daily rate (based on experience)

About the Role:

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Your role will be vital in helping these students access the curriculum and thrive both academically and emotionally.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic
• Experienced working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Able to use initiative and adapt to the needs of individual learners
