Ortus Recruitment are currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor with relevant childcare experience to join a Primary School in Thornton Heath.

The role is on a full time basis and the successful candidate will work in a classroom supporting Challenging behaviour and SEN pupils.

The school has been rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in its most recent review and holds a provision that supports pupils aged between 4-11 that have behavioural needs.

This particular position will incorporate the following:

Supporting students with mixed abilities and special needs (1:1 & small groups)

Supporting students with challenging behaviour

Supporting students with ASD and ADHD

We are looking an ambitious, forward thinking behaviour mentors who enjoys the challenges and triumphs of working with pupils who may present difficult behaviour.
