Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
• Work with small groups or individual pupils, including those with additional needs (SEN)
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom
• Assist with preparing learning materials and resources
• Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children (ideally in a school setting)
• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 preferred)
• Be patient, approachable, and committed to helping children thrive
• Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents
• Be proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
