Salary: £89-£100 Per day PAYE

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work one-to-one or with small groups to support learning
• Help manage classroom behaviour and routines
• Support children with additional needs (including SEND)
• Assist with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children (school, nursery, or childcare settings)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE English & Maths or equivalent)
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (preferred but not essential)
