Ortus Recruitment is working on behalf of a mainstream primary school who are seeking an experienced ASC specialist Learning Support Assistant (LSA)/Teaching Assistant (TA) to work 1:1 supporting a pupil with ASC.

This pupil does not have behavioural issues, but dose require academic, social and emotional support inside and outside the classroom. It is essential that applicants for this SEN LSA position have experience supporting Autism (ASC) within a primary age range.

Our partner school are looking for proactive, flexible and reliable ASC Teaching Assistant, who will commit to supporting this pupil throughout the school year.

The SENCo is supportive and experienced, so will be able to offer expert support and guidance. There is also great encouragement for professional development within the school, so all staff who work there can pursue their career goals with the complete support of the SLT.
