1:1 Teaching Assistant | South Croydon | September

A vibrant school in south Croydon are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with undiagnosed ASC.

The school are looking for a dedicated candidate with a caring and understanding approach. A strong academic background and confidence working 1:1 is essential for this role.

The role:

– Working 1:1 with pupils

– Helping the class teacher plan and execute lessons

– Liaising with SLT and Teachers and parents on pupil’s progress

– Encouraging pupils in their work and personal development

The ideal candidate will:

– Have experience working with children of the primary age range

– Have experience working with SEN

– Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to process a new application

– Hold right to work in the UK

– Committed to a full-time, long-term role
