Our partner Primary School we are working closely with are currently seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant with strong Behaviour management skills to support a Year 6 pupil with ASD on a 1:1 basis.

The ideal candidate should be resilient and motivated when supporting the pupil with ASD and have a strong mentality.

The role

· West Croydon

· Primary Challenging Behaviour KS2

· Starting immediately

· Full-time position

· £70 – £85 Per day (PAYE – No umbrella company fees)

Primary Challenging Behaviour TA requirements:

· Experienced with ASD/Challenging Behaviour

· Experience with children

· Demonstrate resilience and a driven approach to support as a Challenging Behaviour TA.

· Strong academic background with the ability to support across the Primary curriculum.

· Committed and mature attitude towards work.

Essential Requirements

· Right to work in UK

· 2 Relevant references

· Enhanced child DBS on update service
