Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN) – Full Time
Location: Hounslow, London
Rate: £90–£100 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to work full-time supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a Hounslow school. You will help create a positive and inclusive learning environment and support children with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for SEN pupils.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Support positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
• Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor and report on students’ progress to teachers and SEN coordinators.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEN children.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt resources for individual needs.
• Basic understanding of behaviour management strategies.
• DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
