A welcoming and supportive school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and make a real difference every day.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities
• Helping to create an inclusive, positive learning environment
• Supporting children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, speech & language, and learning difficulties

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting)
• Patient, proactive, and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• SEN experience preferred but not essential
