The Role – Primary Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant / Classroom Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils academically and helping them develop confidence in their learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups
• Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Supporting pupils with different learning needs including SEN
• Helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

What We Are Looking For
