You will be working closely with experienced teachers to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally in a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role – Primary Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant / Classroom Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils’ learning and helping them reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Encouraging positive behaviour and classroom engagement
• Supporting pupils with different learning needs including SEN
• Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

What We Are Looking For

• Passionate about education and working with children
• Interested in becoming a teacher, SEN specialist, or education professional
• Strong communicators who are patient, supportive, and enthusiastic
• Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a school community
• Experienced working with children (school experience, tutoring, childcare, youth work, or coaching is beneficial but not essential)

• £93 – £105 per day PAYE (no umbrella companies)
