Ortus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join one of our partnered schools in Wandsworth, starting immediately. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity focused on supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, as well as those displaying challenging behaviour.

We specialise in placing candidates into full-time, long-term roles with strong potential to transition into permanent positions. We are looking for a proactive and resilient individual with prior experience supporting pupils with behavioural challenges—someone who can make an immediate and positive impact within the school environment.
