This mainstream, inclusive Primary School is looking for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant. The individual must be confident, motivating and dedicated to implementing an accessible and positive learning enviroment for children to thrive in.

The successful individual will join the Ofsted rated ‘good’ school and work closely alongside the classroom teacher and the Senior Leadership Team, who will offer motivation and assistance every step of the way.

**This role also comes with the opportunity to progress onto a Teacher Training programme in partnership with the school.**

The Level 3 Teaching Assistant MUST:

• have 3+ months experience in classroom setting
• be Level 3 qualified or hold a relevant degree
• have experience working with children with additional needs
• have strong numeracy/literacy skills
• be able to provide: an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through Ortus Recruitment), proof of Right to Work in the UK and 2 references
