Ortus Recruitment are liasing with a Ofsted rated ‘good’ Primary School in the London Borough of Camden, who are looking for an assertive and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their supportive SEN team.

**This role would be ideal for an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant or Graduate with a passion for SEMH.**

You will be responsible for supporting on a 1:1 basis with a child who has SEMH, implementing strategies to ensure barriers are being overcome and postive social, emotional and acedemic development is being enabled.

SEMH Teaching Assistant Expectations:

• Minimum 2:2 relevant degree
• 3+ months SEMH experience
• Resilient, reliable and assertive approach to teaching
