Ortus Recruitment are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant, with experience working with children, to join a great school based in Clapham. Our partner primary school are hoping to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistants to join their friendly and vibrant team.

The successful candidate will be supporting a range of abilities across the class, working alongside the class teacher to create a fun and engaging learning experience, as well as assisting with behaviour management and supporting specific pupils on a 1:1 basis.

Requirements:

• Recent Graduate with a strong academic background.
• Previous experience working with KS2 Pupils.
• Proactive, reliable and committed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong behaviour management skills.
• Must be willing to support pupils with additional needs.
