Behaviour Mentor
Ortus Recruitment seek a Behaviour Mentor with Teaching Assistant experience to work within our patrner mainstream primary school. This is a rewarding role as you will be a valued member in a team filled with supportive staff. As a Behaviour Mentor you will be a role model and mentor for the students.
Behaviour Mentor responsibilities include:
- To establish productive working relationships with your key pupil, encouraging and motivating them.
- Raising achievement by providing a specialist service that assists schools in meeting their targets and obligations.
- Being a friend to a student with behavioural issues, giving them someone to confide in and trust.
- To challenge and motivate pupils, promoting and reinforcing self esteem alongside providing levels of individual pastoral support.
