Ortus Recruitment are working with a mainstream primary school located in Lower Morden and they are seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant to support children inside and outside the classroom, making a positive change in their education.

The role :

• Position : Classroom Assistant
• Location : Lower Morden
• Full time – long term
• Immediate start
• 8:30am-4:00pm (hour lunch break)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with children in a professional setting, such as Youth Work, Mentoring, Tutoring, Childcare, or Volunteering
• A friendly, confident, and outgoing personality, serving as a positive role model for students
• A degree in Education, Psychology, Sciences, Arts, or related fields is highly desirable, although applicants with degrees beyond these areas or relevant qualifications will also be considered.
• Availability to work full-time from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4 pm.
