We are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants with drive and creativity to join our dedicated and welcoming partnered primary school to support the delivery of their curriculum to enable pupils to make exceptional progress in all aspects of their lives. You will supervise and provide support for pupils to help improve engagement in learning, remove barriers to learning, improve attainment, support their personal care and promote their self-confidence and emotional well-being, whilst creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment.

It is essential that you have experience of working with or caring for children. Working within a school and with children with disabilities is desirable, however not essential.

The Role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Tooting
• Pay: £80 – £100 per day, £400 – £500 per week, PAYE
• Start Date: September 2023

Requirements:

• Graduate of a core subject (Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Drama etc) or holds a CACHE Level 2 or 3
• Experience working with children in a childcare/social environment.
• Able to develop positive relationships.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Able to stay calm and objective
• Genuine passion for working with vulnerable pupil

Please Note: We welcome applicants with degrees beyond this or relevant qualifications for working with children.
