How well do you manage your behaviour? Do you have a strong understanding of how to manage people?
Are you familiar with the needs of young people with SEN, ASD, or SEMH needs, and have you worked with them in the past? Is it your dream to have a rewarding job, one that allows you to witness the changes young people go through?

About the role:
- Position: Behaviour Mentor
- Location: Richmond
- PAYE (£80-£90)
- Monday-Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)
Requirements:
- A fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment (£52)
- Experience working with children in a professional environment.
- Able to develop positive relationships.
- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Able to stay calm and objective
- Genuine passion for working with vulnerable pupil
