The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a pivotal role in the school’s mission to support students facing behavioural, emotional, or social challenges. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working one-on-one or in small groups with students to understand and address their specific behavioural issues.
• Developing and implementing tailored behaviour intervention plans.
• Providing guidance and support to help students build essential life skills, self-esteem, and resilience.
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student support.

• Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for working with young people and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships with students.
• Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and best practices.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a school environment.
