Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
– Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
– Provide support and guidance to students with SEN
– Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
– Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
– Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies
– Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and development

Teaching Assistant Requirements:
– Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN
– Familiarity with special education principles and practices
– Knowledge of childhood development
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
