Our client, a primary school situated near Wembley Park Station in the vibrant area of Wembley, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team. The role involves supporting students across different year groups who experience challenges with behavior and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH). The school is conveniently located amidst cafes, restaurants, and shops, creating a lively environment.

Requirements:

• Strong Behaviour Management: The ideal candidate should possess robust skills in managing and addressing behavioral issues effectively.
• Versatility in Working with Children: Ability to work with children across various age groups, including early years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Ability to Follow Instructions: Willingness to follow instructions and take guidance from senior staff members.
• Openness to Training: Willingness to undergo further training as provided by the school.
• DBS Clearance: Either possessing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability: Available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Qualifications: Holding a Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant field would be advantageous.
