This lovely Primary School located in Kingston, are looking to take on a confident and assertive Teaching Assistant, to support pupils across KS1/KS2. This is a long-term role for the rest of the academic year, which is starting immediately with the potential to go permanent if a good fit for both parties.

SEND Teaching Assistant:

• Work 1:1 with a child who has challenging behaviour
• Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• An understanding of complex needs
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills

You must:

• Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the update service – if you do not possess a current DBS you must be willing to apply (we can help guide you through the process if necessary)
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Provide recent and relevant references
• Be a clear written and spoken communicator
• Be available full-time
