Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is committed to supporting the educational journey of children with special needs. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with an Autistic child in a Year 4 class, providing 1:1 support to facilitate their learning and development.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-quality teaching standards to help pupils achieve their targets.
• Motivate and engage students, embracing the challenge of working in a rewarding environment.
• Cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility in education.
