If so, we invite you to apply for the Behavior LSA position at an outstanding primary school in the vibrant Greenford area. Join us in nurturing the growth and development of our students. This is a full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Support and educate children with behavioural needs
- Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and tutoring
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to create individualised support plans
- Monitor and record student progress
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and support students effectively
- Previous tutoring experience is advantageous
