Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support for pupils, including those with SEN or additional needs
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons and activities
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
• Is patient, caring, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can follow instructions but also show initiative when needed
• Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with children

Desirable (but not essential):

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs)
• First Aid and/or Safeguarding training
• DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
