Ortus Recruitment are seeking an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, to join a thriving and welcoming Primary School in North West London. Our partner school is a mainstream 4- form entry School, with a recent “Outstanding” Ofsted report, a fantastic reputation and great range of resources and facilities.

This 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant position is:

– A Long Term, Full-Time position

– Based in Croydon

– Based in a Successful Primary School

– ASAP start, continuing on in September

– Pays £75.00 – £90.00 per day (PAYE)

– Potential for Teacher training

– Potential for permanent position

This vacancy is designed for a proactive and reliable graduate who has gained a 2:1 in their degree and has previously worked with SEN children.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support the progress of pupils with ASC. The support will be academic, social and developmental.

This school has a supportive and experienced SENDCO, who has built an expert and effective SEN team within the school. As such this is a great opportunity to work alongside people who can support you within your role and help you develop your skill set.
