Behaviour Mentor

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Southfields is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team immediately. This is a vital role, supporting students with Challenging Behaviour and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to grow both emotionally and academically. You’ll mainly be working with pupils in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing consistent support and positive guidance both in and out of the classroom.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people. You don’t need to have worked in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting before, but experience in any of the following areas would be a great bonus:

  • SEN – Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD
  • Behaviour Management / Challenging Behaviour
  • SEMH support
  • Youth Work or Mentoring
  • Sports Coaching
  • Teaching Assistant or Learning Support roles

What matters most is your ability to connect with young people and be a calm, positive presence in their day.
