Ortus Recruitment are working with several primary schools in Wandsworth seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with behavioural or emotional needs. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and pastoral teams to provide structured emotional and behavioural support, helping pupils to develop positive learning attitudes and social skills.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour or SEMH needs
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Calm, confident, and empathetic approach
• Willingness to apply for a new DBS if not on the Update Service
• Full CV required to be considered
