Salary: £97 – £100 Daily (PAYE)

Are you passionate about supporting children and making a real difference in their lives? Our education recruitment agency is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stonebridge.

This rewarding role involves working closely with pupils who have behavioural and emotional needs, helping them engage positively with their learning and school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural needs
• Assist the class teacher in implementing behaviour support strategies
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children, ideally within a school or similar setting
• Be patient, resilient, and compassionate
• Have a good understanding of behaviour management strategies
• Be confident supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
