Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant – Education, Behaviour and Mental Health Support in and out of the classroom

Ideally have existing experience in supporting people, of any age, in any situation, where diplomacy and behaviour management were required

Competitive Pay at £90 – £100 per day – Weekly pay

SEMH Teaching Assistant role starting in September until at least July 2024

This Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant role is designed to provide philosophical and logical ‘Role Model’ support to students who have lost their mojo and, as such, are also experiencing difficulties in regulating their emotions and behaviour.

The Behaviour Mentor / SEMH Teaching Assistant will gain invaluable experience de-escalating potentially tense situations, while also working with students on their own education aspirations, personal development, and increased self-esteem.
