Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing challenging behavior, ideally within an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior management plans.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications in behavior management or a related field are advantageous.
