The role:

• Position: Behaviour Mentor
• Location: Raynes Park
• Full time-long term
• September start
• PAYE (£80-£90)
• Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Build positive and trusting relationships with students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to develop and implement individual behaviour plans.
• Intervene in challenging situations to de-escalate conflicts and ensure the safety and well-being of students.
• Support the implementation of restorative practices, promoting empathy, accountability, and conflict resolution.
• Assist in the delivery of the school’s curriculum, with a focus on social and emotional learning.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress, behaviours, and interventions.
• Act as a liaison between the school, families, and external agencies involved in student support.
