Behaviour Mentor – South Croydon

Ortus Recruitment are working with a vibrant Primary School in Croydon, who are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in year 3, with pupils with SEMH.

The Headteacher of this wonderful school, is looking for a driven individual to come in and hit the ground running. Your role will involve working closely with pupils who have SEMH/Behaviour Needs in Year 3, ensuring that they stay on track within the classroom and socialising well with the rest of the pupils. You will be encouraging positive behaviour and have reward systems in place, in addition to taking select pupils outside the classroom to do creative focus activities.

Role Summary:

-£80-£90 Per Day PAYE

-Behaviour Mentor

-SEMH

-South Croydon

-Year 3

-Long-term, Full-time

The right candidate for this role, will have experience in the field of working with SEMH, or have experience working within a classroom setting. You must have a stern but friendly approach and be able to commit to a long-term, full-time role, as consistency is key with these pupils.
