A Behaviour Mentor is required to support a pupil with Social, Emotional and Behaviour Needs in an ‘Outstanding’ mainstream primary school in the London Borough of Wandsworth.

• Behaviour Mentor Vacancy Details:
• Supporting a KS1 child with SEMH
• Full-time Behaviour Mentor
• £75 – £90 (PAYE! No hidden umbrella company costs)
• Full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4pm

As a capable Behaviour Mentor, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in a very important stage of the student’s education. You will offer support to all students, assisting with the development and implementation of Individualised Education Program’s and Behaviour Management Policies.

Our partner school are seeking someone proactive, reliable and flexible, with a strong academic background and experience around children as well as knowledge of supporting challenging behaviour.

This is a full-time Behaviour Mentor role available for the entirety of the upcoming academic year. The school has an experienced and supportive leadership team and SENCo, who will work closely with you helping you to develop and expand your skillset.

If you have experience as a Behaviour Mentor or believe you are calm, patient, and flexible; capable of creative thinking and excited by the prospect of a challenge, then this is the perfect job for you to be considering.
