Behaviour Support Assistant
Are you a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Support Assistant with experience in supporting children with autism and challenging behaviour?

We are a leading recruitment agency seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work one-on-one with a KS2 child in a supportive school environment.
The Role:
- Provide specialist behaviour support to a child with autism
- Implement individualised strategies to manage challenging behaviours
- Use restraint techniques when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with autism and challenging behaviour
- Restraint training or Positive Manual Handling training (e.g., Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE, or similar)
- Patience, resilience, and a passion for making a difference
- Ability to build trusting relationships and promote positive behaviour
Location: Brent, NW London

Competitive Pay £95 – £110 Per Day
