We are a leading recruitment agency seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work one-on-one with a KS2 child in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Provide specialist behaviour support to a child with autism
• Implement individualised strategies to manage challenging behaviours
• Use restraint techniques when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with autism and challenging behaviour
• Restraint training or Positive Manual Handling training (e.g., Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE, or similar)
• Patience, resilience, and a passion for making a difference
• Ability to build trusting relationships and promote positive behaviour

Competitive Pay £95 – £110 Per Day
