Ortus Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Classroom Assistants to support pupils across our partnered primary schools in Richmond upon Thames.

This role involves working closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualised support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring they are fully included in all aspects of school life.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, MLD, or speech and language needs)
• A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
• Must have or be willing to apply for a new DBS if not on the Update Service
• Full CV must be provided to be considered
