Ortus Recruitment is proud to partner with a mainstream primary school located in Battersea that is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support Class Teachers. The school has been rated as “Good” by Ofsted and is committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to pupils both individually and in group activities. To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the primary age range, possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and have an understanding of potential barriers to learning and how to overcome them. Additionally, you should be a behaviour champion and treat everyone with care and respect, while having a firm belief that every child can achieve.
