An exceptional school based in Roehampton are looking for an enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to start in September 2023. We are seeking a highly talented, caring and motivated member of staff to join a friendly and supportive team. This position is a Full-Time role, which will require the successful candidate to provide support to pupil in KS2/1. The right candidate will have experience working with children from the ages of 3 – 11, preferably in a school/sports-based environment. If you are a recent graduate, graduate of a core subject with childcare based experience we also encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults
• Good organisational skills
• Flexibility and creativity

Requirements:

• Graduate of a core subject (Maths, English, Science, Psychology, Drama)
• Experience working with children in a professional environment.
• Able to develop positive relationships.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills.
• Able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour.
