The Role

As a Learning Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students both academically and emotionally throughout the school day.

Your responsibilities will include:

Academic Support

• Delivering targeted interventions and booster sessions
• Supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Encouraging engagement and confidence within lessons

Student Mentoring

• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Supporting behaviour, motivation, and emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a positive role model across the school

Classroom Assistance

• Supporting teachers during lessons
• Helping create an inclusive and productive learning environment
• Assisting students with additional learning needs where required

✔ A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
