Role Overview:

• Position: Primary SEN Teaching Assistant
• Responsibilities:
  • Providing 1:1 support to an Autistic child in a Year 4 class.
  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Demonstrating confidence and diligence in behavior management.
  • Motivating children in their learning journey.
