What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher with lesson preparation and daily classroom activities
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to help children stay engaged and reach their full potential
• Providing dedicated support to pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
• Helping create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Assisting with classroom organisation, displays, and resources
• Completing light admin tasks (e.g. photocopying, recording progress)
• Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and pupils

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
• Experience supporting SEN pupils (highly desirable)
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• A positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
