Ortus Recruitment are working on behalf of a progressive mainstream primary school based in the heart of Hounslow, who are looking to appoint a strong Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a child in early years.

The school has been judged as “Good with Outstanding features” in a recent Ofsted inspection, and with a committed and proactive team already in place, it’s a wonderful environment to learn and work.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting a child with learning difficulties on a 1:1 basis following the EYFS curriculum.

This is a full-time role starting immediately and will last until at least July, with a daily pay rate ranging between £70 to £85 PAYE! – depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of the EYFS.
• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
• Proactive, reliable and flexible.
• Confident and comfortable supporting SEN.
• Must be available full-time, long-term and immediately.
• Strong academic background.
• Ability to deliver learning across the EYFS curriculum.
