Ortus Recruitment are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant for a Nursery located in the London Borough of Barnet.

The ideal applicant will possess a level 3 teaching qualification, be passionate about working with young children, and have prior classroom experience.

General Duties include:

• Providing all aspects of care for children including washing, changing and feeding
• To aid with meeting the unique personal/ emotional needs of the children
• To provide engaging adult interaction with children

Candidates must:

• Have some familiarity with the EYFS framework
• Have an enhanced DBS on the update service/ willing to apply for a new one
• Show proof of right to work in the UK
• Provide two references

• Have previous experience working with children (desirable)
• Possess a Level 3 relevant/ teaching qualification
