Currently, we are seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to provide support in nursery and reception classes at a mainstream primary school located in the London Borough of Enfield. This presents an excellent chance for individuals with experience in the Early Years sector and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.

Your duties will include:

• Stimulating environment for children’s growth and development
• Running interventions such as Reading, facilitate learning through play to improve academic progress
• Must be patient
• Be a proactive individual

Requirements for the role:

• Level 3 CACHE or equivalent
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Behaviour management
• Ability to problem solve and take initiative
• Good communication skills
• Nurturing and patient approach
• Competent literacy skill
